Everything in Amnify belongs to an organization. Sources, findings, knowledge, history and agent runs are isolated to it, and no organization can see another’s data. Anyone can create one by signing up with Google, a Microsoft account (work or personal) or GitHub, and continuing accepts the Terms of Service. Once the provider has confirmed your email, you name the organization and you become its owner. Each account creates one organization this way, and leaving it later doesn’t free another. Joining organizations by invitation doesn’t count, so someone who was invited first can still create their own, from Create your own organization on the organization picker. A new organization starts with the free trial, which each person gets once. You can also buy Amnify through Microsoft Marketplace, which creates your organization for you. Owners invite by email and choose the role, up to 50 invitations a day. The invited person joins from the link in the email, which keeps its target organization through sign in, or from the list of their invitations shown when they sign in without an organization. Each invitation names who sent it, and signing in never adds anyone to another customer’s organization. A colleague who signs up instead gets a separate organization, even with the same email domain: an invitation is the only way into an existing one. If you belong to several organizations, switch between them from the sidebar. Your session is bound to one organization at a time. Sign in is single sign on with a Google, Microsoft or GitHub account. Amnify stores no passwords. Before sending you to Google, Microsoft or GitHub, the sign in and sign up pages run a short automatic check that you are a person, not a bot, and Create account runs it again before it creates your organization. It usually needs nothing from you. Signing in with GitHub uses the verified email of your GitHub account and connects no repositories; you connect repositories under Sources as a separate step. A GitHub sign-in never joins an Amnify account that already uses the same email, so if you first signed in with Google or Microsoft, keep using that.
