Before your first scan, Home shows the setup path instead: select your scopes, start the full security scan, then findings arrive ranked, questions arrive where judgement is needed, and plans and pull requests follow.

Inbox

Findings shows every issue that is ready to act on. Inbox shows only what is assigned to you, in two lists: questions Amnify needs answered, and findings with their severity, type and location. From here you can answer a question inline, change a finding status, reassign to someone else, or open the full record. Assignment is manual. Anything unassigned still lives in Findings and your context, where anyone can pick it up.
