Team & Organization

Amnify is multi-tenant — all data is scoped to your organization. Each organization has its own integrations, scans, deployments, and settings.

Organization basics

  • Every user belongs to at least one organization
  • All data (cloud integrations, scans, findings, deployments) is isolated per organization
  • Users who belong to multiple organizations can switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar

Roles

RoleCapabilities
OwnerEverything a Member can do, plus: invite/remove team members, manage organization settings
MemberFull platform access: add integrations, run scans, view findings, create deployments, use AI assistant
All users have equal access to platform features. The Owner role adds team management capabilities on top.

Managing your team

From the Organization page (accessible via the sidebar):
  • Invite members — Send email invitations to add people to your organization
  • Remove members — Revoke access for team members who no longer need it
  • View roster — See all current members and their roles

Switching organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:
  1. Click the organization switcher at the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Select the organization you want to view
  3. All data in the UI updates to reflect the selected organization
