# Buy Amnify through Microsoft Marketplace

> Subscribe in Microsoft Marketplace, pay through your Microsoft invoice, and manage the subscription in the Azure portal.

You can buy Amnify in Microsoft Marketplace and pay for it on your Microsoft invoice instead of by card. The subscription counts toward your Microsoft agreement, and Microsoft bills you in your local currency.

| Plan | What you get |
| - | - |
| **Business** | 1,000 credits a month, up to 200 repositories and 10 cloud accounts. Starts with a 7-day free trial with 30 credits. |
| **Enterprise** | A private plan with credits and limits agreed with you. Contact [sales@amnify.ai](mailto:sales@amnify.ai). |

## Subscribe

**1. Subscribe in the marketplace**

Find Amnify in Microsoft Marketplace or the Azure portal, choose a plan and subscribe.

**2. Configure your account**

Select **Configure account now**. Amnify opens and asks you to sign in.

**3. Sign in with the account you bought with**

Continue with Microsoft, using the same work or personal Microsoft account you subscribed with. Amnify recognizes you by that Microsoft account, not by your email address, so a different account is refused. A personal Microsoft account is used only for buying through the marketplace: it does not pick up invitations sent to its address, and it is never joined to an existing Amnify account. If its address already has an Amnify account, contact [support@amnify.ai](mailto:support@amnify.ai) to set up the subscription.

**4. Set up Amnify**

Name your organization. Amnify suggests your Microsoft organization's name, or the name you gave the subscription in the marketplace. Select **Continue**: Amnify creates your organization on the plan you bought and makes you its owner.

The setup link expires after a while. If it has, open the subscription in the Azure portal and select **Manage** or **Configure account** to get a fresh one. The same link takes you back to your organization at any time.

## Free trial

Business starts with a 7-day free trial, the same free trial as anyone who signs up for Amnify: 30 credits, a few runs of each kind, and 1 repository and 1 cloud account. When the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid Business automatically: your organization moves to Business with its limits, and the month's 1,000 credits replace the trial credits. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

The free trial is once per Microsoft Entra tenant. If your tenant has had an Amnify free trial through an earlier Marketplace purchase, the new organization starts on the free plan without trial credits and gets Business when the trial converts.

## Credits

Every paid month grants the plan's credits once, at the start of the period. Unused plan credits do not carry over.

Owners can buy extra credits on the **Billing** page once the trial has converted to a paid plan, between 10 and 10,000 at a time. They are charged to your next Microsoft invoice, never expire and are spent after the plan credits. Microsoft accepts one extra-credit purchase per subscription per hour; the page tells you when you can buy again.

## Manage the subscription

Plan changes, renewal and cancellation happen in the Azure portal, under your SaaS subscriptions. Amnify follows what you change there, usually within ten minutes. The **Billing** page in Amnify shows your plan, the current period and your credits, and links to the Azure portal.

* **Suspended.** If Microsoft suspends the subscription, for example after a failed payment, Amnify stops starting new work for your organization. Nothing is deleted, and work resumes as soon as Microsoft reinstates the subscription.
* **Cancelled.** Your organization moves to the free plan and keeps all of its data and its extra credits. The plan credits end with the subscription. To continue, choose a plan on the **Billing** page.
